After tasting spectacular success in compact and C segment with its Amaze and City, Honda is now making a move to the growing MPV segment. The Japanese manufacturer is all set to launch its seven seater MPV Mobilio in a couple of weeks which will definitely give a run for money to the likes of Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, Chevrolet Enjoy and Nissan Evalia. The booking have already commenced and interested buyers can book their vehicle by making an upfront deposit of Rs 51,000.

As the Honda Mobilio is just a fortnight away, here is the list of 10 things you will find interesting and worth appreciating.
1) Mobilio is based on the same platform which is used to develop its siblings Brio and Amaze. The front gets larger grille with bold chrome slat from the company's new design concept of "EXCITING H DESIGN!!!'' which represents High Tech, High Tension and High Touch. The MPV also carries oval fog lamps fitted in black plastic housing.

3) The MPV stoods high with a ground clearance of 185mm. The tall stance adds more to its road presence. The rear profile features LED taillamp cluster which is inspired from the elegant Honda City.
4) The interiors are also copy pasted from Brio and Amaze. The instrument cluster features an eye-catching combination of black and blue color in combination with black and beige fabric seats. The second row gets A/C vents but the third row misses out on this feature.

Mated to five speed manual transmission, it is claimed that the MPV delivers a fuel economy of 24.2kmpl-highest in the segment.

9) Honda pays special attention in making its vehicles safer and the new Mobilio is no exception. The top of the line variant comes equipped with dual front airbags ABS (Anti-lock Braking system) with EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution).
10)  As seen earlier with Amaze and City, Honda is usually aggressive in pricing its products, though in case of Mobiliio, it will be priced above Maruti Suzuki Ertiga and Chevrolet Enjoy. We expect it to be in the price range of Rs 8-11 lakh.
